Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! It was perfect for 3 people. It’s centrally located to everything. If we had any questions, messaging the host was very easy. The place was clean and having laundry in unit was a plus. Will be returning

The window was broken and could not be locked. Two guests were bitten by insects, forcing us to leave in the middle of the night and move to a hotel.the host refused to refund us.The apartment was nothing like the photos. It is old and smelled terrible.

The pics shown on the listing do not accurately portray this property. It’s much older and dated - did not want to use the bathrooms. We left about 15 mins after getting into the place and went and stayed somewhere else despite still paying my full price for the 2 nights booked. It was worth it.

Our host Bennedeta was amazing. Very kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and everything was well explained. Property is well situated, and could walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. Some basic amenities, such as toilet paper were low in supply, and we had to request. There was no bar soap. All in all, a good value for the property, but it is basic lodging, not luxurious. No windows or patio. Host was friendly.

This flat is old and fragile. But it does have everything listed and they are working. There is enough room for 5 of us staying there. Its location is great as in the description. We walked to the most places. The street is kind of unusual to the first visitor from US but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it eas quite in the night. Considering the unbeatable price, and Beneddetta, the host, who is very friendly and responsive in communication, this is a good place to stay in Rome.

Awesome location great host!

We loved our stay in Roma. Benedetta was an awesome host and she was so helpful both before and after we arrived. The flat is in the perfect location, walking distance to all of the great tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again. It is great layout, very clean and located in neighbor with plenty of cafes and outdoor dining.

Great location

First and foremost, communication was always prompt and professional. The apartment itself had everything my family of 4 needed. It was clean and in a convenient location for us to do all the touring we wanted. I felt like we were "in Italy", immersed in the local atmosphere.

Excellent location and great host

The location was excellent, easy to walk to most attractions, if not, an easy taxi ride away. In addition, a number of coffee shops are within five minute walks and mini-marts (i.e. PAM local) were also easy to walk to. The place was clean and spacious as advertised. Bernedetta, our host, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Our teenagers were also please with very reliable wifi services, including a smart TV to catch some shows during our down times. Overall, a recommendable stay.

We stayed 4 nights. AC worked but know that each bedroom and the main living area have their own AC control so adjust them before going to sleep. It was hard to imagine the layout from the web site but the apartment's door is directly off the street/ alley. You enter into the main great room: kitchen, laundry, living room and dining room with a bathroom. There are 2 winding stairways to the right and left of the dining room table. The room on the right has 2 twin beds. The one on the left has a large bed and master bath. The upstairs bathroom is newly renovated. The downstairs one is older but in good repair. Each stair is pretty high and turns sharply so not easy to carry stuff up or to go down at night. The twin beds are thin and firm. The master bedroom bed was nicer. The kitchen has basic pots/ pans for cooking, dishes and pantry items like spices, tea, instant coffee. There's laundry but it's a small unit and drying rack. The location is central to many sites, all within 30 minutes. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was easy to communicate with.

Clean and convenient and charming

Alessandro, the host, arranged for transport for us from the airport. His assistant Benedetta met us at the apartment. Both were very responsive to all our questions before arrival and during our stay. The apartment provided good space and was very comfortable. It is conveniently located to all the attractions and bars, restaurants and shopping near by. I would absolutely stay here again!
