Bike trails and more!

This location could not have been more perfect. We came to Madison to explore the bike trails and we able to access Military Ridge within 2 blocks, and from there could continue on to Capital City trail, SW Commuter, and Badger. We brought our own food, but is was very nice having a Hyvee, Aldi’s, and Target within walking distance, as well as a few restaurants.

Clean with all necessities.

Elevator not operational and front desk delayed check in until a first floor unit was available. Morning breakfasts a treat and all staff friendly.

Small. Go much large scale furniture for the space. One loveseat and one side chair is adequate

No cleaning during the stay. Air conditioner blasts at whoever sits on couch. No closet or place to put luggage. Would not want to stay here more than a night or two

Dear Tara, thank you for sharing a review of your recent experience. We always aim to deliver a great experience. However, we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. As you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. Hence, our multilingual team is open 24/7 for all of our guests. We would like to let you know that as soon as we receive a concern, we investigate and act immediately to find a solution. As we understand, we did not receive these complaints during your stay, thus, we never had the chance to resolve the concerns. It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of the on-site team. Sincerely, Your Leavetown Team
