Offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the east, this resort condo at Tops'l Summit will treat you to the very best of Miramar Beach. This 1,141-square-foot condo is full of comfort, offering a private balcony, a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts - all within walking distance of the sugar-sand beach!

The gated Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is located on the shores of Miramar Beach, with grounds that feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can walk or ride the tram to the beach, or reach more than a dozen golf courses by taking a short drive. You'll be two miles east of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and less than four miles west of the entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful vacation

Overall a great condo!

Clean, appliances worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is nice. The walk to the beach was actually pleasant. Beds comfy. The entertainment on the television was great, kudos to the owner. Has a security guard, which is nice. I loved the communication leading up to our stay. We would rent from Vacasa again, especially this condo. Just a pleasant experience for our family.

Tops’l Summit 807

Overall this condo is really nice but attention to detail is needed. Two beds were creaky/broke upon arrival (one of the twin beds and the king size bed). They were very uncomfortable and it made it difficult to get a good nights rest. The kitchen also does not have any essentials. The pans that were in the kitchen are outdated and this caused a lot of our food to stick to the pan. For the most part in the kitchen, all the dishes were dirty upon arrival. The ceiling fans were full of collected dusts, so we couldn’t turn then one without having dust fly everywhere. The shower curtain in the second bathroom has stains on it that look gross. Overall we love staying at Tops’l Summit and have multiple times now. It was still a great experience but these little minor details did make it a little difficult for us to fully enjoy the experience.

Great view!

We really enjoyed this unit. Nicely updated with a wonderful view of the beach. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the unit needs new living room furniture and possibly a headboard for the beds in the guest room. Once that’s updated it will be perfect. Definitely a good option.

Beautiful condo and view, couple draw backs to weigh though

The condo is very nice and great proximity to the beach. The entire property is well maintained and I like the security gate. The drawback was that we took cold showers 3/4 days we were there due to lack of hot water. The building is very large so maybe due to so many people showering at the same time? Either way it was disappointing. Also just know that while the kitchen does have utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc, there is zero supplied for basic necessities. You will need to purchase (or bring) salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc if you plan to make meals in the kitchen.

It is a pretty unit. Close to elevators and very convenient to beach. I was disappointed that we had to vacuum the first day because of the sand on the floor. Plumping in both bathrooms need to be fixed. Poor drainage and flow. This unit needs curtains. I had to put a sheet on window to block out light. Please give your guest some hot pads for cooking. I do appreciate the coffee maker with both single pod and large capacity. I definitely would not stay here again at the price I paid to have to come in and vacuum. I know owners pay a premium for housekeeping since I used tp be an owner at Beach Manor.

Great Unit & Location

The unit itself had a great open layout, plenty of room for our family to stretch out and higher-end finishes in the kitchen and bathroom that made it feel like vacation! We did most of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The property was great with multiple heated outdoor pools and a few minute walk to the beach. We lucked out with weather in late Dec. and were able to beach/pool every day. We would definitely consider returning!

This unit has many repairs to be made. The sliding glass door was inoperable for our complete stay, patio chairs cracked, guest bedroom closet door off rails, and finally the unit was not fully cleaned (floors dirty & microwave filthy). While many of these are probably not the owners fault but the cleaning and management of the property. Maintenance and the manager were surprised we were not notified about the broken door. We were originally told the patio chairs would be replaced, they were not. Made the best of our vacation but doubtful we return.

Lovely Condo

Lovely view. Unit is clean and bright...we like the spa-like feeling. The kitchen is amazing with tons of storage. Refrigerator a bit small. Storage in closets and drawers throughout the unit are more than ample. Could use a chair in each bedroom and a small table for snacks/drinks on patio. Need grab bars in the walk-in shower and a clean shower curtain in tub/shower. Miss having drawers in the bathrooms, however narrow they might be. Unit remodel is very nice, and easy to keep clean. Wish list: a little decor on bedroom walls?

Outstanding Place to Stay from all aspects

This room(s) in the Summit is truly an ideal place. The Summit building is a pleasant walking distance to the beach. It is also easy driving distance to just about anything you want to eat or do. It is an amazingly very quiet place both inside and out. The rooms were recently upgraded and, although I really liked it for a number of prior visits, I found the upgrade to be just that - it is still better. We had no issues with this place. I like the larger TV monitor (Huge). The upgrades to the kitchen and baths are first class - like a 5-star hotel room.

Decent Experience

Loved the location because it was only a few walks away to the beach. I recommend sanitizing the place first before settling in. Visually to the human eyes, everything looked clean on the first glimpse, however below are my callouts: - furniture looked dirty and worn out in the living room (should be replaced/cleaned with steamer) - had to use the quilted comforter from the other room to cover up the couch to sit on - floors were not swept/vacuum, felt sand particles when walking barefoot around the place

Memorial family vacation

The rooms were spacious and clean. They have carts for your luggage to get to the room and the resort has a lot of activities to offer!
