Beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo at Princesa de Peñasco, on the third floor, it accommodates 4 guest. Enjoy the beauty of the Mar de Cortez from the balcony or go to the beach for a piña colada from one of the many vendors or a banana boat ride. Princesa de Peñasco has a restaurant, Colins Cantina, Spa and a small but well stock convenience store. We manage three condos on the same building for larger groups.

Great communication with owner

Very nice place and great communication with the owner. It was cold the weekend we were there and the heater wasn’t working, we called the owner and within 45 minutes the repair man was fixing the heater. We had a great time and really recommend staying here.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying in this VRBO. We had excellent communication day-of arrival and we’re even offered early check-in at no additional cost. The condo has incredible views of the sea and a very large patio as well. We will 100% stay here in the future!
