Fantastic location with easy access to all things of the massena area as well as easy walk to Old Town. Spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need.

Excellent location. Very central to everything. We weren’t aware it was on a pedestrian avenue which made drop offs and pickups a little difficult. The host was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Very well set up. We were only a couple so the small second bedroom was handy for suitcase storage.The lift and balcony were questionable - both very small.My only suggestion is a clothes rack for drying washing.

Appartement parfaitement situé, avec une chambre et un balcon sur l'arrière, parfait pour le calme. Equipement au top pour vivre quelques jours au coeur de Nice. L'immeuble est chic, avec de vrais habitants autour de vous.
