The house is located in Saint Grégoire d'Ardennes (17240) in a peaceful hamlet, surrounded by vineyards and forest, 9 km from Jonzac, a pretty thermal town, 30 km from Cognac and 40 km from the sea (Royan), one hour from Bordeaux and La Rochelle and finally 10 km from the A10. It consists of a large cathedral living room (100 m2) with monumental fireplace, a master suite with a four-poster bed (1.60 x 2.00) and two other large double bedrooms (1.80 x 2.00), two bathrooms and 3 toilets. An extra bed (1.80 x 2 m) in the games room allows you to move from 6 to 8 persons. Rental in July and August, for a week exclusively. New fully equipped kitchen with washing machine dishes and back kitchen with washing and drying machines. Games room. Private parking for 2 cars. Sheets and towels for bath and pool provided. 2 TVs and high speed internet by optical fiber. Cleaning fee of 100 euros extra. Deposit cheque of 500 euros not cashed.
