Upon arrival the room was ready and what a pleasant surprise. Nice furniture and relatively clean. The worst thing was the floors. Socks and feet were black within minutes. Also electric problems, NONE of the plugs were working on the top socket. It was a great location and condo, I will be back. Also good restaurants in Sneads Ferry

The property was flooded the Halls always were flooded the boards were rotted around the trim on the deck and the table had a big burn hole in the middle of it it was just very unsatisfactory for the price I had to pay for this place

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us! The burn stain is a cosmetic issue but he table functions as it should. The HOA is responsible for the hallways, but we are unsure of any rotted boards that you mentioned. We will take a look into all of the items mentioned. Thank you for the feedback as we are always looking to improve!
The condo amenities and walkways were well maintained. The views were great, as was access to beach. However interior severely outdated, kitchen supplies awful, comforters dirty, rugs torn up in places w exposed nails, bathrooms were cleaned but grout so dirty. The couch had a horrible odor and no one wanted to sit on it. The handyman on call was prompt but kitchen sink constantly backing up as was the one tub, which was so gross to shower in backed up water.

We had a great time. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. The permanent residences were very nice and helpful when we talked to them. They explained about the issue with the indoor pool, which has not been operational for some time. The only downfall was not with the condo but with the facility. The one elevator was broken the entire time we were there and then on the last day the second elevator broke. We had to take our things down the steps and we were on the 4th floor, it was an inconvenience but we did it. However, while doing this there was a lady who was staying on the fifth floor in a wheel chair who was unable to get upstairs. After waiting about 45 minutes, of waiting and trying to find someone, a permanent residence came out and messed with some thing and got it to work but was not part of the maintenance team so not sure how long it would continue to work.

We loved North Topsail Beach and enjoyed the overall experience at St. Regis. Would have liked to have the use of covered pool that is right near the building. Other pool was always very full. Other than that, we had a great week and would definitely return!

The condo was nice, view to the ocean was great! Looked just like pictures. Really nice beach with easy access. Only downside - open wifi, not password protected. We were fortunate that we didn't need to log in to work or bank or anything that we wouldn't trust with an open wifi.
