The sitting area has a high-top table that seats 6-8 for those that may want to dine informally. The formal dining room table also seats 6-8. Both seating areas face a fireplace with a 55” flat screen TV above it, and two sliding doors that allow for natural sunlight to flow right in. Just beyond the dining room is a spacious first floor bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, large bureau, and a desk and chair. There is a cozy but large family room with 65” flat screen TV, a stone fireplace that travels up to the vaulted ceiling, a large window seat and two sliding doors. Next to the dining room, there is a second first floor bedroom that includes a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, 1 bureau and a desk. Additionally, the main floor holds a half bath, washer & dryer and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

The second floor holds the master bedroom en-suite, two bedrooms, a game room, 3 full baths and two decks. Retreat to the master bedroom that has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers and a 50” flat screen TV. The master bath offers a soaking tub and a stand-alone shower stall. Outside of the master is a sliding door that leads to the upper deck. The other two bedrooms on the second floor both have queen size beds. One bedroom holds 2 nightstands and a bureau, the other has 1 nightstand, 1 dresser, and a desk. Outside of these bedrooms is a full bath with a shower stall only. Last but not least, is the game room. The ultimate game room offers a 9' professional pool table, dry bar area, full bathroom, and a small deck.

Outside of this beautiful home is a lovely stone patio that overlooks the breathtaking foliage. The stone patio can be accessed through the dining and family room sliding doors. The stone patio offers a gas grill, wicker chairs, and two tables with umbrellas to protect those that do not want to sit in the direct sunlight. The upper deck outside of the master bedroom has a table with an umbrella that seats 4 and wicker chairs.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
