Spread out across two levels, each with its own spacious living room—ideal for family time or quiet relaxation. With four generous bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, wine bar, and central air.

Welcome to Gansett Edge—a custom-built retreat in the north end of Narragansett, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort.

FOUR SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
1. Upstairs Master Suite – King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private bath with dual sinks, glass shower, and soaking tub.
2. Upstairs Bedroom – Queen bed, closet, TV.
3. Downstairs Master – King bed, closet, TV, and mini-split cooling system.
4. Downstairs Bunk Room – Four twin beds, closet, TV—perfect for kids or groups.

KITCHEN
A stunning, open-concept kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a large island, and abundant cabinet space. Fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooking spices, toaster, blender, ice maker, and direct access to the back patio for easy indoor-outdoor dining.

BATHROOMS
Three full bathrooms with sleek, glass-enclosed showers. Two feature dual sinks for extra convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Set on a full acre, Gansett Edge offers plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy a spacious deck, firepit with complimentary firewood, yard games, a storage shed, and ample driveway parking.

Wonderful stay. Very cozy and perfect for a girl's getaway weekend. The hosts were very responsive. The location was great. We were close enough to tourist spots, but enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The new build is beautiful! Would have loved to stay longer and would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house was perfect for us as it gave our 12 year old girls their own room and living room on the lower level. The adults could stay on the main floor and the overall design of the house was great.

Our brand new AC system’s condenser failed. I tried to walk Elba through how to fix it, but we learned after their stay that the brand new unit was faulty. It was replaced two days later and works great. We have central AC/heat upstairs and mini-splits gas fireplace downstairs. Everyone loves the heating/cooling of the house. Just an unfortunate mishap for this guest.

House is very pretty and spacious.Communication could have been better. I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. This negates the feature of having guests be able to independently set temperatures to be comfortable in the lower level. Be prepared to bring extra towels - only 1 bath towel (old and tired) provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom.

Gayle is the type of guest you hope to avoid. She thought that she included her pet on the reservation. But we don’t allow pets and her reservation never indicated anything about a pet. I was gracious enough to allow her dog in our brand new rental home. Twenty minutes after she asked if she could bring the dog, I agreed. But then she said she had to pay a kennel $100/night because I didn’t get back to her soon enough. I replied, “Gayle, you JUST asked me to bring the dog. I am allowing you to bring him for $50/night.” She never replied. From that point on, Gayle was rude and scornful. She’s simply the type of person who likes to complain. Then she caused my heating system to malfunction by disregarding the one simpl instruction I provided her — to keep the mini-splits on the same Mode. Her ignorance is clearly evident in her review — she could have set all of the mini-splits to different temperatures if she wished. The only thing she couldn’t do is set one to Heat and the other to Cool, which she did. Oh, and she couldn’t find my phone number on her reservation page. Gayles are par for the course. You’re going to get one every so often. Thankfully the vast majority of guests are wonderful people. I encourage you to read their reviews.
