Serenity Blue is a gorgeous place to stay! The upstairs and downstairs have two different entry ways and an entire kitchen & living space in each! We grilled out and cooked in each day with plenty of cookware and utensils available! The home is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern style! Our favorite part was the number of outdoor living spaces you have to choose from! You will enjoy the beautiful setting in a quiet cove that is situated in a lovely part of Lake Hartwell.

Nice property. Beautiful surroundings. Very clean. The two things that I wasn’t very happy about was the separate units and the sauna. I had one of my daughters stay essentially by herself in the downstairs unit, which is completely closed off to the upstairs unit. We needed all three beds and because the third bed was downstairs she had to sleep alone, which I wasn’t very comfortable with. Also, the property boasts about the sauna, but there were no instructions how to turn it on. Finally, on the last day we were there we received the instructions. They were a little outlandish nothing to do with simple switches or buttons, but apparently hidden under one of the benches was a timer that needed to be set. After lots of time, turning on every switch and checking the fuse and looking for every possible way to turn the sauna on we finally gave up.

Everything thats listed on the website is on point with the description of the facility. My only complaint is the owner will not allow access to the thermostat to control the temperature. I asked several times, it was stated the owner would send it to me, which was never received after 2 requests.

Beautiful home and property! Awesome, quiet location on the lake! The only thing we questioned was the info about the thermostat settings, we couldn’t find one and it was warm overnight and no cool air was on when we were packing up to check out. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and loved the decor!!

Nicely decorated and functional layout - Good wi-fi and tv access - Boat launch is close to location - 10 minutes by car - 5 minutes by boat. Nice view, lots of fish jumps, but hard to catch (LOL). Close to town, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions.

The property was clean and well equipped, and communication before and during our stay was prompt. We were looking for a quiet getaway, just steps from the lake for swimming and kayaking, with lots of comfortable outdoor spaces to read and relax. This was perfect. (Note there are stairs into this unit and to the dock, if that's a concern.)

This was the 2nd time staying at this place. It is perfect if you want to spend a long weekend (or week) just the two of you. We fished and relaxed the whole time on this quiet cove. Will definitely be returning for a third time!

Perfect spot for couple!!

I would like to start off saying we enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were great! Very comfy bed!! Floors were beautiful and place very clean!! When pulling up we walked to porch thinking we rented entire place as I found nothing in the listing stating there were other units/apartments. So going to the front door and choosing the door to the right side per the check in instructions did gain us access. We were very uncomfortable at first glance seeing there was another place on top of our unit and you could see on porch 2 other bedrooms and we knew this was a one bedroom so this had to be a separate unit. Once we were downstairs and seen we had a below private deck and would have been shared dock if there were other renters but luckily for us no one came during our stay. I do wish the stairs to the dock had lighting as I did not bring a flash light so we had to use our phones light as I could not find any outside lights except on the top floors sitting area which did not shine light toward the dock or water. We would have loved to be able to see the water at night so On the next morning I went and bought citronella candles so we could light our path. We had the management company leave us firewood after we asked before we got there which was very nice touch. They also had a fresh propane tank for the grill if we had ran out but we did not. The outside furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood. Very safe and homey feeling! They had the apartment beautifully decorated!! A big screen TV, which had Netflix and Prime!! A full kitchen and washer and dryer! Bathroom was great only wish they had rug to step out of shower onto or a bath mat but it sure was not a deal breaker for us. WiFi worked great! We enjoyed the app to control the thermostat. We really enjoyed this place, I do not know if we would have as much if there were other guest or having to figure out the parking if there were other cars but we would stay here again for sure but we would know now to ask if it’s no one there.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at the Lake house on Lake Norman. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect for a romantic couple getaway. I loved the decor and the lake view. The management was very responsive and the checkin was very smooth. I would love to stay again maybe during the spring or summer.

Quiet escape in October

The property was as pictured and described, located in a quiet neighborhood. Awoke to the sun beaming across the cove and enjoyed coffee on the deck or the dock. After exploring the area during the day, we sipped wine by the fire pit. Could not access Netflix in the living room (though it worked on the TV in the bedroom). Overall, recommend it and hope to come back again.
