Out back, there's ample room for volleyball, a new greenhouse, and a designated camping area. At the front, enjoy a community garden and abundant parking space for at least 12 vehicles.

Why they chose this property

House used to be a church ⛪️ which we converted into Airbnb rental property. The entire inside has been redone; brand new roof, appliances, HVAC system and the like. The back of the house will give space for volleyball, a new greenhouse, and a camping area. The front has a community garden and plenty of parking for at least 12 vehicles or more.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood is nice. My neighbors are a doctor, a previous banker, and a retired lawyer. You'll be less than three minutes from two restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and can buy any essentials needed during your stay.
