Your ideal beach experience is waiting!

Our family built this home in 2010. It was built with love and for large family gatherings. There is plenty of room and areas to enjoy your time together. We want our guests to be as comfortable here as they would be in their own home. We love the beach and appreciate the ability to bring our pets to enjoy the time together.

Why they chose this property

The downstairs family room is perfect entertainment area. Pool table, bar and large seating area for tv viewing. The room exits to a large fenced backyard area with two separate seating and dining. There is a built in bbq. There is a bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is upstairs and dining and counter seating. access to a balcony with seating and a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the ocean view.

The house is powered by solar. New modern construction with high end materials used The kitchen is fully stocked and again for large family gatherings there are two stoves.
