Open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Raclette and fondue machine). Balcony with lovely views.



2ND: 1 double bedroom. 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed). 1 shower room. 1 WC.

une location chaleureuse

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette maison très chaleureuse et globalement bien équipée. Si 2 familles, chacun peut avoir son intimité grâce à 2 espaces nuits (RDC et deuxième étage). Pièce de vie agréable, même si sombre et dotée de peu d'éclairages. la cuisine pourrait être équipée de plus de plats à four , saladiers et autres. Le gros point négatif est l'absence de machine à laver, difficile à croire au départ ... Un dernier point, si vous louez cette maison, il vous faudra de bonnes jambes car la maison est située dans une rue en pente et l'accès depuis le village est physique, ça grimpe dur... Bonnes vacances

L'annonce indique la présence d'un hammam qui n'est pas accessible, à l'arrivée pas de chauffage, une humidité ambiante, 10° dans la maison, le poêle fonctionne de façon aléatoire, la TV ne fonctionne pas bien, le lave vaisselle est d'un autre âge. La maison est très sombre. Points positifs la literie est correcte. La personne responsable de la gestion de la maison n'a pas été aimable lorsque nous lui avons fait part de notre mécontentement, le ménage du départ nous a été offert. Pour le prix, nous avons l'habitude à de meilleurs prestations.

Suite à une erreur, le hammam apparaissait effectivement encore dans l'annonce. Nous nous en sommes excusés et vous avons proposé volontiers de vous le mettre à disposition naturellement. 10° dans la maison à votre arrivée nous paraît peut-être exagéré. Elle était occupée avant votre séjour et même si l'été a été globalement frais, nous sommes quand même au mois d'août. Nous aurions pu cependant allumer le poêle pour votre arrivée, nous n'y avons pas pensé simplement, compte tenu de la saison particulièrement. Sincèrement désolé. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pu profiter du poêle à granules comme vous le souhaitiez. Nous l'avons vérifié nous mêmes par la suite sans y trouver de disfonctionnement, et vous avions proposé de passer regarder si besoin. Vous n'avez simplement pas même répondu à nos messages, comme pour le hammam et notre geste concernant le ménage. Nous craignons seulement que la période de haute saison effectivement, une météo fraîche et grisâtre malheureusement, et le malentendu concernant le hammam aient pesé fortement sur votre ressenti général.
