This beautiful 73 m² apartment on the 1st floor has a superb sea view.
It is composed of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), one with 3 single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

You will have a free wifi access and we provide sheets, towels and tea towels. Your bed will be prepared for your arrival.
To know : The television works only with a Chromecast app.

It is located in the district of Solidor, close to the shops and the beach of Solidor. This lively district, with bars, restaurants accessible at the bottom of the accommodation benefits from a large free public parking lot at 50 meters.
From your window, you can admire the sunsets on Solidor.
You can reach Intra-Muros, the historical center in 15 minutes by foot along the sea.

At 700m, the market located on Place Bouvet in the market hall, takes place every Tuesday and Friday. You will find local products and fresh fish. A small oyster shop is located every Sunday on the Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre).
St Servan is known for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower, the City of Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo.
