Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), with a floor area of 50 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests, it comprises a sitting area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall with armchairs and a walk-in wardrobe
- A dining area with a table and four chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- A sitting area with a sofa, TV and sea view from the skylight
- A sleeping area with two single beds (90 x 200)

For even greater comfort, you’ll have access to the following additional facilities: dishwasher, hairdryer, and washer-dryer.

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Rocabey market, just a 10-minute walk away, held every Thursday and Saturday.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between:

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station and a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’ (lines 2 and 8).

- a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.
