Remodeled downstairs basement-level condo in great Cary Location! Bright kitchen with lots of counter space. Easy care laminate floors throughout. Brand new kitchen appliances. New countertops in kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom plus large furnished office area, in addition, to the eat-in kitchen and living area. Washer and Dryer included. Plenty of storage space. Walk out to a small furnished patio and wooded backyard. Beautiful new flooring in the master bedroom, including a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and large walk-in closet. Great location close to shopping, dining, downtown Cary and the Beltline. In the summer, enjoy the pool (may not open this summer due to COVID-19), tennis, and grill area. Enjoy walking trails and sidewalks to several eateries and grocery stores. Electronic front door lock.
