A single family home, very comfortable and extra neat and clean, very close to Sacramento airport and Downtown/Midtown. Around 7 miles. Lots of happenings around. Great family friendly park in walking distance. Communal heated pool with BBQ..Close to everything. Lots of eateries close by. This place will be your best destination for visiting Sacramento/Northern California. Great location to visit Lake Tahoe, Napa and San Francisco whenever you want. Very conveniently located. Easy highway access to I80, I5 and I99. Excellent and safe neighborhood. Must stay place while in sacramento. Renting available from mid July 15, 2025 for 31 nights or more.. Rent will include all the utilities( upto $200/month) and the internet.. Depending on the length of contract the rent will vary. Please message for more information.
