Initally we thought the swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna was part of the cottage but it actually sits within the owners house on the same site. That said, the cottage was ideal. It has everything you could possibly need. The owners daughter was very helpful and approachable, nothing was a problem for her. You are situated within easy reach of Forfar, Kirriemuir and Montrose is a short drive away. We had our puppy with us and the cottage had a fence round the garden therefore she was able to roam freely. There's a dog friendly beach Lunan Beach a short Drive from the centre of Montrose. There is also a resident Llama called Monty - he is very friendly and likes to be fed with apples and carrots - kids will love him!
I'd recommend the cottage and hope to be back again soon.
