Wir waren im Juli 2026 eine Woche mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 9 Personen in diesem herrlichen Sommerurlaub-Pool-Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist geschmackvoll und mit ein paar sehr besonderen und einmaligen Ideen zu einem ganz besonderen Ort gestaltet worden. Wirklich toll!- Pool: wunderbar, gut gepflegt, beheizt, groß, mit Beleuchtung, div. Poolaufblastiere/Utensilien vorhanden- kochen: Alles da, um für so viele Leute kochen zu können (Küchenarbeitsplatte ist etwas empfindlich, ggf. noch mehr große Brettchen mitbringen)- 2 schöne saubere Bäder mit Dusche und WC- abschließbare Garage mit Platz für 10 Fahrräder, 2-3 Stellplätze fürs Auto vor dem Haus- Sitzmöglichkeiten auf beiden Terrassen- Lage prima: ruhige Sackgasse, paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand, zum Einkauf und in den netten kleinen Ort mit Restarants (in diesem Ort aber bei Ebbe keine Meer-Bademöglickeit)Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen (wenn die Kinder schon alle gut schwimmen können).

Belle maison effet Waouh !Une maison qui a tout d'un décor de magazine avec des matériaux et un équipement de qualité. Coup de coeur garantie.Petit bémol sur le ménage à l'arrivée. Heureusement, la société de conciergerie représentée par Clémence nous a refait une prestation de ménage, un vrai plus qui a assuré la continuité et le confort de notre séjour.Suggestion, prévoir des rideaux occultants thermique dans la chambre parentale qui devient vite une fournaise.

Havre de paix

Celle-ci a su répondre à toutes nos attentes, notamment avec son charme unique et sa piscine. C'était un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre et profiter de nos vacances. Nous avons également apprécié votre réactivité et votre disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Cela a grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci aussi à Clémence de la conciergerie, qui a su se montrer très efficace et professionnelle. Chaque demande a été traitée rapidement et avec beaucoup de courtoisie, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage chez vous et ne manquerons pas de recommander votre villa à nos proches. Au plaisir de revenir pour un prochain séjour.

La californienne porte bien son nom : maison facile a vivre où chacun a son espace. Maison d'architecte belle, décontractée Et avec une piscine chauffee a 28 degré !

Détente et repos en famille

Très bel endroit avec toutes les commodités. Nous pensons que seule la climatisation pourrait venir parfaire cette location et les prestations proposées. Idéalement située, cela a été une bonne expérience. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons apprécié cette villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain du rdc qui peut déranger des gens pudiques.

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Californienne ! Beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée notamment - à disposition - un petit nécessaire pour entamer les vacances ( et même café et biscuits ! ) La maison est très lumineuse, parfaitement aménagée et équipée . Il y fait bon vivre ! Une belle plancha et une piscine chauffée, sécurisée qui est un bonheur pour les petits et les grands. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la grande bibliothèque comprenant livres pour tous les âges, jeux de sociétés, papier et crayons pour les enfants. La pièce de jeu avec tous ses jouets a également rencontré un franc succès pour les 5 enfants. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
