When we arrived at the property the kitchen was not clean. The fridge stank and was defrosting with something left in the freezer. The microwave had good bits all over it and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The plates and glasses were dirty and all needed to be cleaned. We ended up leaving a day early because of the poor conditions.
