The property is in a great location and couldn't be bettered for the Slateman challenge;surrounded by beautiful countryside and great walking opportunities.The bedrooms are a good size, the social area smaller than I had imagined but was fine for our party of 4. Kitchen equipped but would benefit from bigger saucepans (particularly if cooking for 6).

A well-equipped clean cottage in a beautiful setting. A great place to stay - lots of places of ...

A well-equipped clean cottage in a beautiful setting. A great place to stay - lots of places of interest nearby. In blustery February, the cottage was warm and welcoming - including a doggy welcome pack. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Whilst there is no parking outside the cottage, we easily found parking nearby. Would recommend.
