This is an amazing and historic townhouse duplex with living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath down, and 2 bedrooms, and one bath up. Off street driveway and garage parking! It is located in the center of the City, just 6 short blocks to the Seawall, the beach, bike rentals; and 11 walking blocks to The Strand Historical District with boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, attractions and night life. Directly across the street is the Bryan Museum, which has one of the largest collections of historical artifacts relating to Texas and hosts many fun and informative events.

The house is perfectly in the middle of everything. On a quiet street. The hostess had coffee and cookies waiting. We also used the laundry which turned out great for us. This is the second time we have stayed here. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is excellent. We stayed the night before our cruise. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Felt safe while we were there as well. Super close and so easy to get to the port. We will definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved it!
