Historic "Cozy Bungalow" in the heart of Mt. Dora!! Pet Friendly.

The perfect place to stay while visiting beautiful Mount Dora. Just a short walk or bike ride (provided) to historic downtown Mount Dora. Enjoy all the nearby shops, cafes and galleries. Located in an established neighborhood amongst other renovated historical cottages. Walk to the library, parks and to Lake Dora at sunset. Built in 1948, this inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been recently renovated. Throughout, large windows and glass paneled doors fill interiors with natural light. The master bedroom offers a comfy King sized bed, a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The living room has a smart TV and opens to the dining area with a table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stove.

The carport has a patio set and rocking chairs to sit back and relax. There is also a firepit in the back yard with adirondack chairs to enjoy in the evenings. There is a storage room with 2 bikes to enjoy.

The moment we entered the property we were charmed of how cute it was. Inside so cozy and a lot of natural lighting and very clean. The place was perfect and the home displays a lot of character. The beds were super comfy and I loved that it had two full bathrooms. Best, so close to Downtown Mount Dora just a few blocks away!

What a great little spot to stay! Cozy, homey, and welcoming! We hardly had to drive anywhere, except to the next town over to a restaurant we wanted to go to. Checking in was super easy! Downtown is maybe a 10 minute walk, and you get to see so much of the whimiscal charm of Mt. Dora on the way! We (and our pups) had such a great time and cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Bungalow! It is a beautiful place and just as the pictures and description. It is a short walk to downtown Mt.Dora and in a beautiful neighborhood. Steve is a great host and we would definitely stay there again!

We are both graduates from the University of Central Florida and have three great kids. We work hard and play hard and bungalow is the most relaxing place we know. We get to visit several times a year and enjoy snowboarding, fishing and just relaxing.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the charm of Mt Dora and enjoy the art festival, Christmas parade and many other events the city has to offer. We also take our boat and explore all the lakes in the area.
