This cottage also includes a washer and dryer, a private patio with BBQ grill. Relax in the shade while watching the water and the sunset from our dock or take out one of our kayaks for an energizing paddle! Check out our photos and video for a full tour. A 15 minute drive to Kelly Park/Rock Springs, King's Landing and 45 minute ride to ORLANDO Airport and Theme Parks.

Peaceful & quiet, enjoyed walking to the dock & sitting by the water. Overall, the cottage met our needs, but we missed Lightning the cat who we fell in love with last year during our stay!

This was our second stay at this property! We love the location, it's convenient to Mount Dora as well as the Florida Springs. Property is always super clean and has everything we need. We love that there is a dock to sit and relax and watch the sunset. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use on the lake. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

All the essentials were there. Quiet and quaint home. Lake was peaceful. We found some long black hair in the home (shower, bathroom drawers, door of the bed under sheets). But everything else was clean and comfortable.

Nice getaway spot.
