This fully renovated cozy cottage has been tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home! King bedroom with flat screen TV and a quiet second bedroom with a queen bed. This cottage also includes a washer and dryer, a private patio with BBQ grill. Relax in the shade while watching the water and the sunset from our dock or take out one of our kayaks for an energizing paddle! Check out our photos and video for a full tour. You will want to come back again and again! Minutes from Publix Grocery and HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MOUNT DORA! A 15 minute drive to Kelly Park/Rock Springs, King's Landing and 45 minute ride to ORLANDO Airport and Theme Parks.

This was our second stay at this property! We love the location, it's convenient to Mount Dora as well as the Florida Springs. Property is always super clean and has everything we need. We love that there is a dock to sit and relax and watch the sunset. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use on the lake. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

All the essentials were there. Quiet and quaint home. Lake was peaceful. We found some long black hair in the home (shower, bathroom drawers, door of the bed under sheets). But everything else was clean and comfortable.

This little cottage provided everything the wife and I needed during our week long stay. Slept like a baby in the King size bed with no residual hip pains that I sometimes suffer in other VRBO stays being that I'm accustomed to our Sleep Number bed at home. I mention that because I was there to fish a bass tournament on Harris Chain of Lakes and getting a good night's rest each night was important! The kitchen was spacious with all the appliances we could have wanted or needed. The master bedroom had lots of storage and closet space. The shower had plenty of water pressure and had no issues with hot water. Living room was comfortable and well appointed. The only concern I had during our stay was getting my bass boat and truck backed into the driveway as between the lane and the driveway is rather tight. Don't get me wrong, available parking for a couple, two or three cars/trucks, is fine. The host was super nice and responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay, even bringing us extra blankets when the night time temps fell into the 20s which is crazy for FL. All-in-all, enjoyed our stay!

Great place at a great price

My family really enjoyed our stay at the lake cottage. Everything was very clean and new. We especially liked the beautiful lake view from dock. There was a very large yard for the kids to run around in. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property and location

Perfect for our stay. Location was great - easy drive to Mt Dora and golf courses. Unit was lovely. So so clean and comfortable. It’s not often we get a good nights sleep when away from home but this bed was great. Lake proximity and views just beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband is a touring musician, entertainer and pretty much travels for a living. Getting into Vacation rentals was a natural fit for both of us! We love to entertain and make our guests comfortable!

When this property became available in the Spring of 2019, we were immediately intrigued! We live in the area and have looked at homes on this lake for sometime. What an incredible opportunity to share this unique property and the joy of Lake Life with others! On over 2 acres, there is plenty of room to for multiple vacationers to get away.

Who wouldn’t want to stay on a beautiful spring fed private lake just a short drive from downtown Mt Dora!! Better yet, bring your friends and family! With a total of 5 different rentals, we have the ability to sleep up to 30 guests! This is the perfect place for a family reunion, team retreat, or even a small wedding!
