About this property

Luxury Family Home / Retreat Center on Great Pond

This family home is equipped with everything a family needs and desires for the ultimate Maine vacation. Reclaimed wood floors, a chef's kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half-baths. The daylight basement is equipped with a copper bar, pool table, workout room... there is a place for everyone, but you will most likely find your friends and family settling in at the kitchen island or on the beautiful screened in porch. And in the evenings relaxing on the dock watching the sunset.

We have a house cleaner who completely cleans the property between rentals. Surfaces and key touch points are disinfected. We also have basic cleaning supplies accessible to guests during their stay, should any cleaning needs arise.

Four-wheel drive / 4x4 vehicles are required in winter months.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The setting of the iconic movie "On Golden Pond", Belgrade, Maine is the quintessential New England town. It's a real setting, but time stands still.

This home, set on a cove on the south eastern shore of Great Pond in Belgrade Lakes, is a place where everything you see is basically the same as when I was a little kid.
