Two story townhome in a popular area with great amenities close by at Carmel Commons with several great restaurants and shopping including an attached garage and extra parking spaces steps away from the front door. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counter tops and subway fresh white tile to the ceiling. Updated modern furnishings through out the living, dining and both master en-suites upstairs. Wood flooring throughout both floors, with dual HVAC thermastats on both levels. Brand new larger size washer and dryer upstairs. The primary master bedroom includes a larger walk in closet, garden soaking tub and spacious shower. The back door walks out to a patio area for relaxing outdoor time . Beautiful area for walking with sidewalks and upscale lanterns up and down the roads leading into the Carmel Heights community. In addition, there is a common green area out your front door in the center of the community.

Private and safe and comfy

Loved the location. It was a great place to walk with my dog. The owners were very attentive. The unit was perfect. Mattress was very comfy….not too hard, not too soft. Lots of clean towels and linens. Washer and dryer were new and worked great. Because the unit was dog friendly (which I appreciated as I have one) I found that the fabric upholstery was covered in pet hair. There was no hand wand for the vacuum to deal with this. The primary ensuite bathroom is huge but the shower was small. Great walk-in closet. The other bedroom had a nice size bathroom with a tub/shower. All the appliances were in great shape. I really appreciated the use of the garage for extra storage.

Convenient and Comfortable

So very conveniently located, with a grocery around the corner! A place to walk your dogs is right across the street, and plenty of parking, to include a garage. The house is clean and well appointed, bed and bath linens bright white and clean. The owner was very responsive when we had questions, even making a special trip out once for us. We appreciate the hospitality!

Perfect!

This townhome is charming and just the right size for me and frequent visits from my family nearby. Tim and Penny were available if needed (hairdryer was missing) but otherwise honored my privacy. The kitchen had a good amount of utensils. We grilled one night and the grill worked fine. The bedding and beds were comfortable. They just had a strong smell of fabric softener which I’m sure won’t bother some people.

Comfortable apartment close to everything!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was a great apartment. Super comfortable king bed, great shower pressure, everything you needed in kitchen. Close to shopping and restaurants but in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and where excited to find a dog park near by. Tim the property owner was very responsive and attentive to my questions. We will be back.

A Neighborhood Stay

There a feeling of neighborhood in this Carmel Commons small development where the park and gazebo outside our door attracts the dog walkers and children. The owners were incredibly helpful to us and personally attended to a couple small repairs. The unit was as advertised. Nice to have a garage since I brought my bike along. Nearby are two Greenway for exceptional biking and walking. Amelie’s French bakery and the Fresh Market are very close. We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay.
