Only 1/2 mile off of the main parkway at traffic light #1, this newly listed rental is in a prime location only a 10 minute drive to Dollywood theme park and Dollywood Splash Country, a 5 minute drive to LeConte Convention Center and Cal Ripken Experience Ball Fields. Also, only an 18 to 20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. This unit is located in the family oriented and quiet neighborhood community of Riverpointe Subdivision. This cozy chalet comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a total of 3 queen beds. The first bedroom features one queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a shower. This unit features an open family concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one open space. Enjoy a quiet relaxing stroll on the paved walking path by the creek just a few minutes walk from the unit. There is also a covered pavilion within the community within a few minutes walk with picnic tables to enjoy a picnic lunch.
