About this property

Ready for Some Quiet Time While on Vacation? Try Us!!!

House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, Old Time Pottery and Walden's Landing with miniature golf, 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) and Dixie Stampede,Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants

nearby are Cracker Barrel, , K.J.'s Grill,Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mellow Mushroom, Calhouns, , Joe's Crab Shack, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian and many others.

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.


If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

Everything was great. Clean and neat plenty of towels and bathroom tissue, etc. I do have one thing I’d like to mention. The steps and porches need some maintenance. The bottom landing didn’t have very much pint left on it resulting in it getting very slick when wet. One of my house mates slipped on it and hurt her knee. We would definitely stay there again hoping the step Maintenance is done next time.
It was a pleasure to have Christmas decorations.
The Christmas decorations were very thoughtful.

It is exactly what the description on VRBO said. Quit, peaceful and was located in the middle of everything so me and my family were able to go where we wanted with minimal hassle. I recommend this place if you are looking to just relax and enjoy yourself.

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
