The fully equipped kitchen includes fine furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances - making cooking a breeze. Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to warm up the entire room in the blink of an eye and tune in to your favorite show on the large TV. The condo's balcony affords stunning views of the mountains, Dredge Pond, and the Town of Breckenridge.
The Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is also just steps away with its plethora of local eateries and shops. Downtown Breckenridge is also known for its year-long parades and events - making this a fun getaway no matter the season! Come back home after an exciting afternoon in downtown "Breck" to relax and gaze out at radiant sunset views.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to local rules and regulations, the common area facilities are operating on a limited basis. However, not all amenities may be open. This is subject to change at any time. This studio is not equipped with air-conditioning. The hot tub is currently out of order.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Clean. More budget friendly than most places. Needs an ottoman or some kind of foot rest for the couch, but the location could not have been better!
I didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole trip, because the condo was close to everything

Great location and ease of use
Location was perfect for our weekend at Breckenridge
The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean quiet. The balcony overlooks a bubbling creek and you can see the mountains!! My one complaint is the key pad was very sensitive. We had to re-enter the code several times in order for it yo work. Kind of frustrating at the end of a long day!

We arrived to find there was no garage parking pass in the condo put in to our vehicle so it wouldn't get towed. I sent a message right away via VRBO to Vacasa (the rental company that owned this particular condo), only to realize that it had been taking them about a week to return any messages. So, I called the phone number on the information they had previously sent. After about 2 - 3 other calls I finally got someone from the area. She said she'd have the manager call me right away but that someone should stay with the vehicle at all times. No return call. I called again. Manager will call you. No returned call. I spent about an hour trying to get the parking pass. Finally the manager text me that he was putting a pass on my vehicle. Okay great.The condo itself was not the cleanest and the TV didn't work all that well. I have learned that renting from a place through VRBO that is owned by a big company is not the way to go. I've had better luck renting through VRBO w/ individuals that own the place - better communication, better service and much cleaner. Won't do a big company again.
Comfortable and cozy spot along the river. Can see and hear it from the balcony. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, trails, gondola. Great parking spot too.

Great location, and the property was neat and clean. Access to the condo was a little confusing (the code to get into the room didn't work until about my 10th try, it is not user friendly). However the room is good for 2 people. Not more than 2 will work there.

I use to live in breck so I’m very familiar with the area. This apartment was great! Perfect location to walk to peak 9 lift and that’ll get you anywhere you wanna be without the hassle of the gondola. Also super close to all of the south side restaurants and bars. The place was nice and loved the balcony overlooking the river. The only slight negative was that It wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but it wasn’t bad. Parking was super easy and nice. We would 100% stay again!!

Great location, old noisy heating
The location was perfect and the unit was clean. However, the noisy heater made it tough to sleep through the night without being woken up every hour. The codes sent on vacasa app and texted to me were different and made it incredibly difficult to get into the building on the first day. Overall I would not recommend this place but it is passable for a weekend.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. It was extremely peaceful at night with the sound of the river right outside. The only issue, which is minor, was that the stair way door to the parking garage was always locked. This forced me to either go back to the elevator, or exit the building and walk around to the garage. Occasionally I could smell the odor from the dumpster once in the hallway, but never from within the room.

Great location, confusing access
Great location at Peak 9. Access was very strange. I was given 3 codes for garage doors, elevators and the front door. I never found the garage (didn’t have a car so I didn’t look that hard) or the elevator but the nice people at the Mexican restaurant on the first floor helped me find a random hallway with some stairs. They seemed prepared for the confused guests. Overall it was great, but they might want to start giving out maps for check-in.

Room was clean, waited one day for a parking pass, location great, walk to lift and around town. Horrible garbage smell from garage that also travels and stays in the elevator shaft. Really should move garbage and especially grease disposal out of garage. Its dirrectly next to the elevator. Makes you question the cleanliness of the whole building. Negative stars on that point.
