Book this popular beach-front Ocean Reef condo! Unit 1007 is perfectly located on the 10th floor and ready for your arrival. The owner has equipped it with everything you'll need for a wonderful beach vacation.

This condo offers a spacious floor plan with comfortable furnishings, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and oversized balcony. The living room includes a large, wall-mounted television, comfortable sofa and chairs, and views of the gulf. The full kitchen is well equipped and features a convenient breakfast bar and stainless appliances. The dining area includes dining table that seats six.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed with adjoining private bath. The master is gulf-front with beautiful views of the gulf and balcony access doors. The generously sized guest bedroom includes queen bed, bunk beds for the kids, and private access to the guest bath!

Ocean Reef is situated in a fabulous location that includes a deep beach with 330 feet of gulf frontage. The property offers a gulf-front swimming pool, hot tub, and separate indoor, seasonally heated pool for those raining days.

Just two doors down is one of the best beach-front restaurants in Panama City Beach, Runaway Island. Just walk to lunch or dinner or to grab a drink at the Runaway Island beach bar. Across the street is Hidden Lagoon Putt-Putt Golf and Go Carts as well as a coffee and donut shop. A burger/sandwich restaurant with arcade and a new souvenir store are also located just across the street.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Great family vacation rental

We really enjoyed this property. Great location, spacious, clean. The second bedroom was large and had 3 beds which was perfect for our family of 5. I appreciated the selection of beach and pool toys so we didn’t feel the need to spend money on something we’d use once.

Perfect Condo!

We came to PCB for a girls trip and could not have been happier with this unit- clean, spacious, kitchen nicely stocked- large balcony, and just comfy- beach was not super crowded and the chair service was awesome! Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

March 2022 Stay

We had a great vacation at this property in spite of the cooler and sometimes rainy weather. It is in a great location - far enough away from the congested H area but close enough to enjoy what PCB offers. It was great enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach from the balcony not to mention to be able to walk out the back and enjoy the waves and the sand. We used the hot tub and pool many times and they were kept really clean. The condition of the condo was excellent with comfortable beds, showers and great high top table and chairs on the balcony to be able to see over the railing. The kitchen had the best selection of pots and pans that I have ever had in a rental. Last but not least, the security staff was friendly and helpful.

Not as clean as we would like.

The place was beautiful and perfect size for our family. But it was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. There was sand everywhere, dust and fuzz balls too. It was as if it had not been swept. There was even sand on the counter top and bar top. There was also trash in the trash can. There was a large canvas picture that wasn’t hung up and was just sitting on the back of the couch that we had to hang back up. We found trash underneath the beds and shoes in the drawers. Other than the cleanliness, it was a wonderful place.

Pritchard’s Snowbiirds at Ocean Breeze #1007

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit #1007 was comfortable & beautifully decorated. The view was to die for with such beautiful sunsets and different colors of the ocean! While the unit was comfortable, it was in need of a serious update with the living room furniture and all of the carpet, plus there were some broken tiles in some of the rooms. In the first bathroom the cabinet door needed to be fixed as the hinge is broken. The unit was fairly well equipped but the stove didn’t work well & needed more kitchen towels. The management was very responsive to any questions and any help we needed while we were there. We are renting the same unit for 1/1/24 to 2/29/24 and are already looking forward to going down again!

Three constructive criticisms. 1) Condo should have High Definition cable package, at least in the main room/den. 2) Flat sheet in master was too small. Barely covered the mattress. Appeared to actually be a queen size sheet. 3) Fitted sheet in front bedroom would not stay on at all. Two minutes in the bed and it was already off of one side. All items are easily corrected

Love the Condo Housekeeping Not so Much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got to the condo and everything seemed ok. Management called to ask if everything seemed satisfactory. After returning from getting groceries I noticed smeared jelly or something on the cutting board. I cleaned it up. At bedtime my kids that slept in the bunk beds BOTH had sand in their sheets! Also, no toilet paper in the condo! There was half a roll in each bathroom and half in cabinet. I had to go buy paper towels and toilet paper. Overall I'd say I enjoyed the condo but it was overpriced considering the state of housekeeping and the condo and amenities are old. No luggage carts and had to ride the elevator multiple floors to unload. For what we paid, we could have had nicer accommodations.

July 2024 Stay

We stayed in Ocean Reef - 1007. The booking, check-in/out, and communication were GREAT! I did it all by myself without my wife's supervision and Greta's made me look like a rock star! We had 1 issue at the end of our stay. The AC started blowing warm. Not our doing, not their doing, just stuff happens. Think it ended up being a capacitor. 1 call to G's, and a guy was there within 10 minutes checking it out. He verified what was needed, we went to lunch and came back to cold air. Room 1007 @ Ocean Reef is awesome! Clean, up to date, plenty of room for my fam of 5, we never even used pull-out couch, so room to spare. The owners took time to make the room great. Balcony flooring made a HUGE difference! Even all drapes were hung properly - y'all know someone ALWAYS has to mess up the curtains trying to pull them open, and that one or two hooks on the end are always bad! NOT here - the owners and maintenance are keeping it up! Will try to book here again next year - THANKS!

Our week in 1007 did not disappoint (mostly).Everything we needed was there, just my wife and I so the supplied TP and paper towels were plenty. The refrigerator had crumbs from past tenants, not dirty or gross, just enough to feel that the claims about sanitizing might be... exaggerated...HUGE points for having recliners in the living room! As an older couple we spend a lot of time just relaxing in the condo enjoying the view, which makes comfort pretty paramount. Being completely honest though, as much as we enjoyed the unit, it could really benefit from a sprucing up. The bed while tolerable, was worn, very firm, and, well, cheap (I sell furniture, so when they cut corners there it’s pretty obvious). The recliners, while appreciated, were again cheaply made and undersized for most people, the carpet was matted and stained (again, not offensively so but nonetheless). Don’t read too much into this, as I would gladly stay here again, but it could be better, and frankly at this price SHOULD be.In the kitchen we didn’t need anything that we didn’t have, the basics are covered for utensils etc, plan on stocking your own spices if you’re cooking this was limited to salt and pepper, probably left by a previous guest.Check out housekeeping requirements are fewer than many others. They requested that we run the dishwasher, wash the towels, and take out the trash, nothing unreasonable.Everything we needed to know from parking to WiFi access to well, everything, was well laid out in the app that Greta’s suggests you download. Great touch!TLDR: Needs some touching up, but we would be glad to return.

The overall cleanliness really went down hill. There were stains on the living room furniture and the carpet should be replaced soon. My granddaughter spilled some milk on the kitchen floor and when she wiped it up the towel was black with dirt. We really like the location and the view from the balcony is great. The place needs a thorough cleaning.
