Just a short block walk to the sandy beach shore. Home has an open floor plan overlooking the in-ground pool deck and tiki hut. Home exhibits a 75’ bulkhead with 120 volt electric and water available for all your boating needs. Additional amenities include gas grill, cleaning table, outdoor shower and bait freezer. Property has plenty of parking for cars, RV’s and trailers. There is a bonus room that may be used as a game room or an additional living room. Guests may also enjoy the in-ground heated (optional) swimming pool which overlooks the sprawling lagoon.

Football table, air hockey table, pac-man arcade and beach cart with chairs and umbrella.
Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
Refund will be given if there is a mandatory evacuation. Trip insurance is highly recommended during hurricane season.
