Casa Vitor Laticia is a well appointed property in an ideal location close to the beach and the resort of Carvoeiro it make perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and its large pool which is 12 metres long and 5 meters wide

Why they chose this property

I used to have my holidays in the this area when I was a child and this is one my favourite location in the Algarve. When I first came to see this lovely villa I just knew this was the right villa for its lovely views to the sea and rural it feels that you are private and so near to explorer to most popular resorts

What makes this property unique

The villa is a lovely bungalow ideal if you have walking difficulties. If you like Al fresco dinning then it has an outside terrace with tables and chairs you can relax and enjoy an evening. The large pool with its views to the sea it is great sun trap to take the Alagarve's famous Rays
