Seasonal rental: 57 m² apartment in the city center of ROYAN located on the 1st floor of a small condominium comprising a living room, a kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine) two bedrooms with cupboards (one with a 140 bed and one with a 160 bed), a separate toilet, a shower room (hair dryer). Two terraces (with garden furniture, plancha). A small garden with private parking. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (60 euros).

C'est un appartement insonorisé, on entend le moindre mouvement du voisin du dessus, même le bruit d'un stylo qui tombe par terre, sans parler du bruit de la chasse d'eau, bref Le parking privé est très difficile d'accès pour une grande SUV
