The name of my house is ?L'Aurore de Royan?. It's a charming house for a night, a week-end or a week, with 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
It's ideal for holidays in a quiet area, near the town center, the market and beaches (=1km)

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a big living room, a kitchen with oven, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, fridge...., a utility room with washing machine, tumble-drier, iron...., and a garage with bikes for visitors.

There is also a garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

The bedroom « La Grande Conche » (30m2) is for 45 people. It has one double room for parents with an ensuite bedroom for 2 or 3 children. There is one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The bedroom « Foncillon » (15m2) is for 2 people with bathroom, shower and toilet.
