The apartment offers a view of the garden and is located in a small luxury chalet residence very quiet. It is ideally located near the heart of the city, 300 metres from the Chamonix ski school.
It consists of an entrance hall with mountain area (2 bunk beds), a bathroom with toilet, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with Murphy bed (double bed) and sofa. Large bay window with a view of the Brévent. Located 3 minutes walk from the city centre. South facing, with a magnificent view of the Brévent slopes at the foot of the residence and the French ski school (ESF). Roller shutters.
Secure private underground parking under the residence.
Sheets can be rented on reservation.
Price varies depending on the season.
