*PLEASE NOTE* this property is located ON King Street, therefore street and city noise can be expected. There are stairs to access the main unit, but if anyone in your group has mobility issues we also have access to elevator in the main Fire Tower building.
Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Babas on Cannon, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Property is in an excellent location, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Outdoor seating and rooftop seating was great for enjoying drinks and playing games.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The only complaint we had was the noise of the guests in the rooms beside us. They weren’t being especially loud, or trying to make noise, but simple things like running the dishwasher or going up and down the stairs was easily heard. Not a major issue, just something we noticed. We enjoyed the rooftop patio a lot! It was a great place for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. I guess one other thing we’d mention is the water pressure was a bit low in the shower. Not a huge issue, though. The place was very clean, and the bed we slept in was comfortable. With a sound machine on at night, the noise out on the streets wasn’t a problem. The walk to the parking garage is a little ways. If you have a lot of luggage, that might be an issue. There weren’t parking spots available for us to park our car and load right at our room. Thanks for answering all our questions in a timely manner as well! We’d stay here again!
