Beautiful 160 m² contemporary villa less than 10 minutes from Carcassonne, in a picturesque village nestled among vineyards and scrubland, with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the village and the Pyrenees! A mountain biker’s paradise! Also close to several Cathar castles, less than 1 hour from the ocean, Toulouse, and the Pyrenees. Entire property for private use. 10×4 pool. 2 double beds (140) and 1 queen bed (160). Office with desktop computer. Enclosed parking. Two large terraces, a plancha grill, patio furniture, and a ping-pong table. Very well-equipped overall. Everything is within walking distance from the house: bakery and pastry shop, café, restaurant, and supermarket; a small Friday market; post office; playground; and several hikes along marked trails.
