30 day minimum stay. Located on deep-water intercoastal in small upscale complex. Large dock for viewing boats (yachts) go by, and sunning. Chaise lounges, umbrellas and covered dining area. This condo is one block from A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Lots of restaurants (both high-end and affordable) and recreation within walking distance. Catch the water taxi one block away and head north to Shooters on the river, or south to shopping on the world-famous Las Olas Blvd and Riverwalk.

Great place close to everything, yet quiet and tucked away.

Great place to be if you want to be close to beach, restaurants and night life. The whole property is well maintained and clean as well as the unit. Exactly what I needed and of course close by to my favorite place in Lauderdale, Casablanca Cafe!

Awesome place!

I’ve stayed in this building prior and just love it! This unit is very peaceful and well done, beautiful one bedroom stocked with everything you could need! Feels like home. Parking is easy right in front and walk up right to the unit (elevator is around the pool side). I love the location- walk 2 blocks to the beach or sit and watch the sunset from the dock/pool (heated). Other condo owners are so nice and welcoming. Unit manager was very nice and communicative. Highly recommend!!

we had ants and the manager did try and help us by bringing me bug spray and ants traps. They did not try and get an exterminator until it was to bad, I had to wait all day for the exterminator to come , and they never showed up. So we left early and did not get a full refund for the days we left early.

This condo complex is very well maintained and very very clean. Beautiful pool and sun deck on the intercoastal is just awesome. The condo itself was as described and Owner Rance was very responsive. We deffinently will be back.

Comfy Community

I felt very secure and safe in this small but cozy community within Ft Lauderdale...and its beach location..off of A1A. Loved the surrounding palms and vegetation. Nice landlord.
