Beautiful location

Overall we loved the location and Gerard the owner was very helpful. Sadly the bed pilllows were not very comfy and there was no WIFI which was disappointing as it caused us a lot of messing about.

Paradise by the sea

Fantastic location, Mar Menor on the left, salt marsh nature reserve direct out of the window and Mediterranean sea to the right. Fantastic for paddle boarding. Host was on hand for any issue but we had none. We

The apartment was absolutely lovely if not quite what we expected. Its on the 2nd floor and faces to the north, part of a 20 or so complex with a shared pool for the complex. Not quite 'Private' as advertised. However it really wasn't very busy at all and we regularly had the pool to yourselves so after the initial dissapointment we got used to it and have had an amazing chilled out time. The beach onto Mar Menor right out the gate with lovely warm water and snorkeling was brilliant and the views absolutely stunning too! We did have a brill time and would cetainly consider again inbthe future. Note the wifi was pretty unstable and dropped out completely but Gerard immediately got a technician in who was able to sort it and was somewhat improved after that.

Nous sommes très ennuyés pour mettre un avis juste et honnête, l'emplacement est extrordinaire, les prestations sont corrects sans plus (seulement 2 petites cuilleres, 1 seul verre à vin...) mais c'est pas très grave? Par contre plus de 30 dans les chambres ce n'est pas supportable, malgré la climatisation qui n'est pas du tout efficace et 3 gros ventilateurs très bruyants. Nous avons dormi sur le canapé dans le salon sous un léger souffle d'air frais de la climatisation. Quel dommage !!!

Bonjour Monsieur Sanson,merçi de m'avoir informer de vos ennuies parce que n'étant pas surplace je suis tombé du ciel en ayant vu votre message et vous avez completement raison et je m'en excuse en effet lors de ma venue à La Manga le 23 Mars j'ai pu constater une défaillance de la climatisation ,j'ai fait venir une entreprise locale ,recommandé par des amis Français ,l'entreprise José Méndez est venue le 26 Mars pour vérifier l'installation ,je leur ai fait un virement de744 Euros début Avril en leur précisant qu'il n'y avait pas urgence mais des locations sont prévues à partir de Juin donc il y avait pas de soucis pour eux Après votre message ,je leur ai fait un mail ,ils m'ont répondu qu'l avaient pas eu le temps avec la canicule ils sont débordés mais aujourd'hui à 9h00 ils seront surplace et ça fonctionnera ,de toutes les façons j'ai pris la route ce matin je serai ce soir pour vérifier de mes yeux mais je vous remercie de m'avoir avertie ,concernant Antonio j'ai entièrement confiance en lui depuis des années il devait m'avertir au lieu de mettre des ventilateurs et de compléter les éléments de cuisine Très cordialement Gerard GRADELLA

Está situado en una segunda planta, las vistas impresionantes y desde la terraza se puede disfrutar tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar con un paisaje magnífico de fondo. Tiene plaza de garaje exterior pero privada dentro del recinto. La piscina tal cual se ve en las fotos, la playa que hay junto a la urbanización tiene demasiadas algas. A 10 minutos en coche playas muy buenas tanto del mar Menor como del Mediterráneo. Ideal para practicar paddle surf. Si llevas candado largo y no te importa dejarlas al sol, hay un soporte para dejarlas en las zonas comunes. Si prefieres guardarlas en casa, con cuidado se pueden subir por las escaleras. El aire acondicionado no funciona y la wifi tampoco, la limpieza de los utensilios de la cocina nos hizo tener que fregarlos todos antes de usarlos. Lo mas grave para nosotros, fue encontrar pelos en una de las camas, lo que nos incomodó mucho a la hora de irnos a dormir, que fue cuando nos dimos cuenta. Hay que llevar detergente para platos y/o pastillas lavavajillas, bayetas y cosas básicas, sólo había estropajo. La luz en el cuarto de baño es escasísima. Conclusión: magníficas vistas que con poca inversión podría mejorar mucho la estancia.

Parfait!!! Pour nous en tout casL'emplacement était très bien. On a échappé a l'orage assez rare dans la région. On a eu quelques soucis de wifi. Mais, cela n'a pas empêché de profiter à fond de notre séjour. L'appartement est situé a la fin de la manga del manorPour nous c'était parfait calme pas de bruit. Vu en face des salines. Enfin parfait! Gérard est facilement joignable par l application. Je recommande a 100% pour vous et votre famille. Piscine enfant et adulte dispo dans la résidence Au plaisir
