Welcome to recently renovated beachfront Condo 1126, where the beach is literally just steps from your door. Skip the crowds and enjoy your private beach, just a one-minute walk away—no hauling gear, no hassle. From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can settle in and relax the moment you arrive.

A spacious king-size bed invites you to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves or unwind with your favorite show on the brand-new 55” smart TV. The condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two kids, thanks to a large queen sleeper sofa. Movie nights and game days are even better with the 75” 4K TV in the living area—while kids enjoy their own private smart TV in the separate bunk room. No sharing required!

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to turn your fresh catch into a gourmet meal, beautifully served on the stunning quartzite countertops and island.

Take indoor-outdoor living to the next level on the expansive new covered deck, complete with a rain guard so you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and al fresco dining—even during quick pop-up showers. With these upgrades, your living space is nearly doubled, and new stay-cool technology keeps the deck comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

The deck features an extra-large surfboard-style dining table with plenty of seating—perfect for sunset dinners, family meals, or evenings with a glass of wine. Comfortable Adirondack chairs and bar-height seating invite you to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or front-row seats to stunning sunsets and gentle beach breezes. The covered design provides shade and weather protection, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine.

With direct ocean views and private beach access, you’re just steps from the sand while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of your own outdoor living space. Guest with young children will love the ability to let their kids play in the large sand courtyard while they can lounge on the shaded back deck! Whether you’re dining al fresco, unwinding after a beach day, or watching the sunset, this deck quickly becomes everyone’s favorite spot. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and leave sandy gear on the spacious landing before heading inside—easy, clean, and convenient.

This is a super cute condo in a great location. It is thoughtfully decorated, making great use of the space. Hooks, mirrors, shelving…all right where you need them. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The pictures online are very accurate. We have zero complaints and thought it was a perfect place for a couple to spend their vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The complimentary beach chair service is a huge plus. Being able to walk right out onto the beach made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The covered porch and stairs / landing was so helpful when needed to wash off sand and sit with our family in the evenings. Scott was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We have always wanted a place we could get away from it all and escape the stress of our busy everyday lives. It doesn't take too long to get to Destin for us and we can't wait till we can have our toes in the sand.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking for our beach paradise for almost 5 years. We knew we wanted to be near a beach, but after visiting Destin once we were hooked! Once we found our condo, it was love at first sight. Right on the beach and only a minute walk to the water! With the amenities that Sandpiper has, you literally could not have to leave the property. Once you stay at our place once, you will want to come back again and again!

What makes this property unique

The breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico right off our back deck was the arrow through the heart for us! Have your very own dolphin tour with dolphins swimming up and down the beach! Families with young kids will love the ability to take their kids back and forth to the unit with just a short walk. Carry only what you need knowing that you can be back in the unit in just a few steps. Enjoy a romantic getaway and take long walks on the beach in the morning and cap off your day with a candlelit dinner on the back deck as you enjoy the beautiful sunset. A private beach means that you will never feel crowded by other people. Looking for a bite to eat, you would find it hard to top Rick's Sandtrap. It is located on the beach and offers great food at reasonable prices and an incredible view! For a great dinner, award-winning Louisiana Lagniappe, will give you a memorable meal. The property also includes a marina for boating as well as tennis courts, shuffle board court and a 9 hole par 3 golf course so there is plenty for the entire family to do. When you add all this up, we fell head over heels with Starfish Serenity!!!
