Extremely convenient to Downtown Boston, Harvard Square and Logan Airport. Loads of shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets located within walking distance. Additionally, our property has been recently renovated and is extremely well cared for.

What makes this property unique

We are in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood of Boston. This is a traditional 3-decker apartment building. We renovated our basement and host two identical hotel room-like units in this space. There is a shared foyer entrance and then two individual units on this story of the building. Each unit has its own smart locks, bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/travel toiletries, desk, coffee maker, smart TV, and minifridge. There is no kitchen in this unit.
