Surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and just minutes from Seaside and the Gulf’s white-sand beaches, Southern Grace offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

The Home:
Step inside and feel instantly at ease as sunlight fills the spacious open living area overlooking the private saltwater pool and lush forest backdrop. The professionally designed interiors feature elegant coastal décor, hardwood floors, and premium furnishings throughout. Two inviting entertainment areas make it easy for families to gather or unwind in their own space.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless GE appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and everything you need to prepare family meals or entertain with ease. Dine indoors at the farmhouse-style table or step outside to the screened porch for al fresco dining as the sun sets over the trees.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 9):
All four bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy and include plush, resort-quality bedding and flat-screen TVs.

Master Suite II: King bed, private ensuite with shower/tub combo
Guest Bedroom I: Queen bed, shared full bath
Guest Bedroom II: Two twin beds + twin rollaway, shared full bath, screened porch access
Outdoor Living

Relax in your private saltwater pool (heat available seasonally), roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or explore the community on one of the four adult beach bicycles provided with every stay. Additional bikes can be added upon request for an extra charge.

Golf Cart Option:
Guests may also add a 6-seater, street-legal golf cart to their stay for easy trips to the beach, shopping, and dining. This is provided through Shoreline Beach Service, a trusted third-party vendor, and requires a signed rental policy between the guest and Shoreline Beach Service.

NatureWalk sits ideally between Seaside and WaterColor, adjacent to Publix and local favorites like The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, and Wine World. Beach access is less than a mile away via a scenic trail or a quick golf cart ride to San Juan or Santa Clara Beach.

The Perfect Place

We spent a week here and we had a great time. The house has a lot of space, the location is easy access to the beaches & 30A, the golf cart and bikes got a ton of use. Very friendly neighbors and host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Southern Grace! We traveled from PNW and It was our first time staying near 30A. The accommodations were perfect for our three couples (plus an extra friend for a couple nights). It was so convenient to have the golf cart and bikes available. I can't say enough about the private pool at the house, it made our stay sooo wonderful! We loved it. The host was VERY prompt with replying to emails prior to our arrival and she had a local person that helped welcome us and was available to answer questions during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here and we hope to come back soon!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful home, in a nice quiet location! While close to Publix, many restaurants, and the beach! Having our own pool was a major plus! We really enjoyed having access to the golf cart to get around. The bicycles were great to have to also explore all the lovely neighborhoods! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful week! We love vacationing in 30a and this is our new favorite spot! Everything was clean and the house is gorgeous! I would love to stay at this house again!! The location is perfect- a few minutes to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, etc. we made so many memories and can’t wait to come back!

This property is just as described! Clean and fully stocked with all you need to cook, relax and enjoy the property. The pool area was a great retreat from the beach heat and the property is a close golf cart ride to Seaside and Watercolor area. We would stay here again and again. A Perfect Stay

This is the most beautiful property you can imagine! The owner was great to work with, the home was incredible, the outdoor pool was a blast for adults and kids, kitchen was a dream to cook in, living areas inviting and comfortable, and bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. Providing golf cart and bikes was a tremendous plus. Bike and walking trails in the community were great, and the community pools were also a hit with our group. Location was perfect - close to groceries, restaurants and beaches! We hope to return to this vacation paradise!

Our favorite in Nature Walk

We go to 30A every year and usually stay in either Watercolor or Nature Walk. I am one of those people who scrutinizes everything about a place before booking to make sure it fits our family's needs. This house is absolutely perfect. It has everything you could possibly want. Heather was a wonderful host...she was very responsive throughout the whole process. If you are trying to decide, and this review would make any difference, I would highly recommend staying here (We definitely will stay again!)

Just What We Needed!

The house and grounds were beautiful! The pictures did not do the property justice. We could not have asked for a better place to spend time together as a family. This area has been a place we came together a few times over the years. It always brought us joy. After suffering a loss this year, we wanted to return to the area but try a new place. Southern Grace was able to do just that for us. We loved the pool, the golf cart, the bikes and the house was spectacular. The community was close enough to get to places with the golf cart but away from the hustle and bustle. The home was built with love and it showed! We hope to be able to return again next year! Thank you!

Great house and location

We loved our week stay so much they let us add another night! This home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the quiet location was wonderful. Close to the beaches and grocery store. The included golf cart was amazing to toot around in without having to get sand in our car. We really enjoyed the nature that surrounded us and experiencing it on the included bikes. Even if biking is not in your wheelhouse, go for a bike ride! All the trails around the neighborhood were absolutely amazing! It was definitely a highlight of the trip and we’re not really exercise people lol! A few points…if you’re looking to find sea shells head down to Panama City beaches as there are tons there, hit up the Barefoot BBQ food truck at Seaside as it is absolutely delicious, avoid The Perfect Pig restaurant close to the house as we ate there twice and had awful experiences both times and check out the community pool which is quite nice. The two ladies who helped us with this property were very helpful and knowledgeable; would definitely recommend staying here!
