Includes an inside laundry room and shaded/covered parking. Restaurants are all open, the beaches are open and the city is open for business!! The site says it's a 6 minute walk to the beach. It is DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH!! ONLY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!!
