Our home is located on the ground floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), fireplace, outdoor fire-pit and dining area, with in home Laundry.

HOME LOCATION
Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Great location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and stuff to do. We did have 4 or 6 cockroaches in the house as well as a lot of sand and dirty floors when we arrived. I think the house across the street was being treated for termites and that may be causing this house to get all the cockroaches and insects. Overall it worked great for our weekend.
It’s a great location and house. The weather was horrible (pouring rain and then gale force winds) but we had 6 family members together for the weekend of college football bowl games and it was cozy with the fireplace. Issue with the TV was efficiently resolved by leasing company. Will look to rent again.

Decent home. It looks cleaner in the picturea. The furniture is old and grimy. No A/C and no fan on the bunk room so it got too warm. The enrollment process was onrous compared to other VRBOs as they have you sign am entirely independent agreement form VRBO. Communication was slow. No beach views but it is fairly close. Garage and driveway is very tight so some less comfortable drivers may not be able to park very easily. Upgrade the furniture, add a standing fan to the room, make the onboarding easier, and it could be a good place.
Heads up! No A/C. I didn’t see that detail when I originally booked. But I did book with some situational haste. So perhaps I just overlooked. That being said they had several floor fans in the house to keep the rooms cool all day. I put four stars for accuracy of online listing because it says it’s newly remodeled. But it clearly is not. I didn’t see one thing that looked new, but everything was functional. We were pleased and had everything we needed. The property management company was phenomenal and entry and exit was easy.
The location of this unit could not be better. It is one block from the beach. There were beach chairs and towels available for use.
It was spacious and the four of us could spread out.
For a 3 bedroom it had kitchen supplies for 2. We notified the management office and they asked for a list of what was missing and attempted to replenish.
The covered parking was small and we could not fit our minivan but fortunately was able to find street parking in front of the unit.
Wish we had more time to spend by the beach. This would be an ideal place for a week vacation.

The floors were definitely not moped. We took our shoes off & noticed our feet & socks were so dirty walking around the house. There bed sheets were disgusting. They were not changed. You could see hairs on the sheets & pillows. We had lay beach towels over the sheets so we could sleep on them. The wifi wasn’t working properly. The outdoor patio has no umbrellas & is very uninviting. We couldn’t wait to leave. I don’t recommend this place.
