We found the unit very clean, comfortable and cosy. Great location, beautiful beach. Met the owner, pleasant guy. Comms with the agent was very good!

Great spot

Worked out really well for us. Good to be away from the busy mount. Road noise at busy times but okay overnight. Very comfortable

The property was clean and welcoming.

The property was clean and welcoming. It easily accommodated my family and it was comfortable to return to after long days out and about. It's location is superb with only a short drive to the mount and right by the beach. Local facilities such as Bayfair Shopping centre and swimming pool are also nearby. There are parks for kids and great beach access. We would use this bach again, any time.

Beachside stay

Property has nice outside space to relax with shade and sun .side access from property and you are on the sand .Air Con / heat pump for good temp control. Bedroom windows could benefit from curtains rather than Venetian style blind, As they let a lot of light in . Overall a great place to stay , would definitely return .

Good Location

Adequate but not good value for money at peak rates. Kitchen not fully functional. Outdoor furniture broken. WiFi not of a good enough speed for multiple devices at the same time, to watch streamed movies or do any work without buffering issues.

Great weekend away

Had A fantastic time staying here. Lovely property, comfortable with everything we needed. Peaceful, just a short drive to the Mount. 1 minute walk to the quiet beach. Would highly recommend! Thank you

Was everything it promised to be.

Was a really comfortable property. Appreciated the generosity around kitchen equipment and having small things like salt, pepper some spices etc these things make a difference. Comfortable beds etc. Great location right by the beach. Would happily stay again. Good experience with the property manager.

Great property, clean and just easy to be in, has everything you require. Good location and love being able to get to the beach so easily. Would love to go back in Summer!

Good location Dttiveway access would be difficult with a large rental car but there is street park

Good location Dttiveway access would be difficult with a large rental car but there is street parking. Well equiped kitchen and Kay provided us with a large platter of fruit chocolates crackers and cheese! Comfy beds although i found the pillow to soft and low for a dodgy neck. Overall a great place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the sandpit. A wonderful home away from home, with all the luxuries. The beach access is brilliant, especially for those with small children, straight from beach to bath! Very much looking forward to our next visit!!

The photo's don't show how spacious this home is. I loved the open planning which meant it was easy to keep an eye on our little one. Location is perfect close to the Mount which was our main activity for the trip and the beach is just through the gate. We miss the sounds of the waves! Will definitely book again.
