Furnished studio of 21m² recently renovated, 2/3 people - rental only by the week from July to August - on the ground floor of a quiet and green residence, 100 m from the Parc des Pères, 200 m from the ocean, cycle paths, 5 min walk from the sea bus, the beach and the port of Minimes, 15 min from the city centre.

Free parking, bike storage.

Rental only on a weekly basis from Saturday 12 noon to Saturday 10 am.

It consists of:
- 1 Main room with sofa bed (high comfort mattress) and 80 x 190 extra bed
- 1 Kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockery...)
- 1 Bathroom (shower + WC)
- 1 Closet
- 1 TV
- Free parking around the residence
- Secure bicycle storage

Ideally located for your holidays, in the heart of the Minimes: Aquarium - Maritime Museum - The Towers of La Rochelle - Close to the Iles de Ré, Oléron and Aix.... 1 hour from Royan and the Marais Poitevin
- 1h30 from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope
- The Francofolies (from 10 to 14 July)

Close to all shops and possible activities: cinema, bowling, shopping centre, restaurants, food store, laundry. Public transport nearby (bus and sea bus).
The car is not essential for a pleasant stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested and returned at the time of your departure after the inventory of fixtures of the studio.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à proximité de plages, commerces etc donc pratique. Le studio est plutôt bien aménagé. Les propriétaires ont été très agréables excepté une remarque sur le rendu de la location qui n'avait pas lieu d'être.

À La Rochelle

On a passer des supers moments à La Rochelle on étais 3 et on a pris un petit logement sur les minimes on a eu une super accueil on est pas loin de la plage des minimes pour des supers couché de soleil
