Welcome to The Sleepout! Comfortable, compact and cosy accommodation with space to relax.
Nothing flash - comfy beds, hot shower and a space to lounge.
Simple :)
We were formerly "Bothan Beag" and have now simplified and rebranded to The Sleepout as there are no longer laundry facilities available (as at SEP 2026).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay!

Loved Dunedin and this place was great! Would recommend staying here as it is close to town, food and attractions (if you have a car). The host was lovely and welcoming and the Bach had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Wonderfull city home in a forest nest
