About this property

Carlsbad Condo on the Lagoon

Our condo is on the lagoon with dock access, kayak and paddleboard. This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath remodeled, fully furnished condo. Carlsbad is very clean safe city perfect for families, retirees or people traveling alone. There are many restaurants that have live music. There are also many novelty shops, Yoga studios, art studios, the New Village Theater and much more.

The lagoon is the backyard with a short walking distance to a private lagoon beach. The Carlsbad State Park Beach is and Tamarak Surf Beach is 2.2 miles. It takes us about 40 min to walk to it. Carlsbad Village is 2.4 miles. It takes us about 50 min to walk to it.
