Relaxing & Upgraded Vacation Home - Pet Friendly

Let this be your home away from home! Located int he prestigious Seville Golf & Country Club. We hope you find all the comforts of home here inside & out. We ourselves frequently use VRBO and took careful consideration into what we LOVED about rentals & what we found not so "user friendly". We Your comfy living room is equipped with flat screen TV, cable TV, large selection of DVDs and plenty of games for your evening entertainment. We hope we have anticipated your needs to make your stay both fun & relaxing.

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters & dark cherry cabinets. Comes complete with all the necessities for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner that you can enjoy in your eat-in kitchen or out on the back patio.

The Master Bedroom has been furnished with a pillow top king size bed with soft linens. Master Bathroom ensuite features walk-in shower and double sinks.

The 2nd Bedroom has a 1 of a kind, custom barn door for optimal privacy. It has been furnished with a pillow top queen size bed.

3rd bedroom has its own walk in closet and full size bed. The guest bathroom conveniently located across from the 3rd guest bedroom.

Home also is equipped with FREE WiFI and a work station to set up your home office away from home.

Head out to the backyard & you wont want to leave! Your own little lush oasis. Sip your coffee (or beverage of choice) on the shaded patio, or have breakfast out on the outdoor patio set. Bring your board games & cards out to the plush out door furniture or relax your evening away in the spa. There is even a gas grill should you want to show off your skills!

Did you bring your fur-baby? Great - he or she is safe to run around the fenced yard.

Grocery store is also just around the corner - super convenient for those last minute items you may have forgotten to make your perfect dinner. Not in the mood to cook. There is a LARGE selection of restaurants within a 5 mile radius - check out our WELCOME BOOK at the home.

Home is also equipped with full size washer & dryer, hair dryer, internet service, extra lounge chairs, 2 bikes, dinnerware , towels, beach towels, games, DVDs and more.

We will also provide cleaning products in case you would like to go over frequently touched surfaces. Self check in is available.

Erica was a lovely host. The house is in a perfect location in Seville. Super close to parks for the dog and my toddler. Fry’s grocery store is only a few minutes away. Backyard was well maintained and the hot tub was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time! The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is wonderful. Shops are very close by with some of the yummy restaurants. The owners are FANTASTIC and we’re always there to answer my questions. Would stay there again and recommend this house to all my family and friends!

Great stay in Gilbert!

Had a wonderful time in this lovely home. Lots to see and do nearby. Host was very helpful during our stay - excellent communication. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit as well as cooking in the roomy kitchen. A great stay overall!

Wonderful Place for the Winter

The house is well appointed for a long stay and is in a great location for hiking, restaurants, shopping and gyms. The back yard, with both sun and shade, is a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons. The owner was responsive to our few questions. We would definitely recommend this house and will be looking to stay again.

Wonderful Rental

We liked staying here, great location and neighborhood. Nicely decorated, adequately equipped, and comfortably furnished. The backyard was a plus to enjoy the Arizona sun. Erica was helpful and easy to contact when needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect home!

Gorgeous, clean, family and pet friendly-what more can one ask for!

This was our first experience with VRBO and I couldn’t ask for a better first impression! This rental is well equipped with anything that you’d need. My children and dogs loved the gorgeous backyard! The neighborhood is safe and quiet-great distance from stores! The owners were helpful and responsive with any questions we had-would stay agin in a heartbeat!

Fantastic House

This was a perfect place to stay for our family! The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We stayed for 1 month and felt like we were at home. Christine was very responsive and helpful in all communications. My daughter loved the outdoor space and the hot tub. The bikes were also great. I would definitely recommend this house!

Gilbert Getaway

My husband and I had a great time staying in this nice house for the month of March. Our dog loved the backyard and the hot tub was a nice perk! Neighborhood was quiet, grocery store was nearby, plus we really enjoyed being close to Veteran’s Oasis Park and San Tan Mountain Regional Park to hike. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

GREAT STAY IN GILBERT

My wife and I stayed at this property for 2 months and had a great stay. Residence is close to several locations and sightseeing in the Gilbert, Mesa and Phoenix areas. Also only and hour away from Tucson. The property was well maintained and very well accommodated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The owners were always accommodating and very receptive to any questions or issues we had. Christine went above our expectations. We travel with 2 cats and the back yard was completely enclosed allowing the pets to roam around without worry. Patio set was very comfortable and enjoyable to be outside. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Location and Backyard

My husband and I visited for a month with our dog. The home design made optimum use of space. We had 2-5 people there during the time period. We spent a lot of time in the backyard. We also hiked San Tan multiple times because it was so close and used the Gilbert Regional Park pickle ball courts frequently. My granddaughter enjoyed the play area at the park, too. We walked the riparian nature area, which was also close by. Restaurants San Tan Mountain and the Olive Mill are excellent and close by. Grocery shopping and Walgreens are just over 1 mile away. We also did several thing away from the "neighborhood" since we were there so long, but you can stay really busy without much travel if you are there for a short time. Everything is so convenient.

Quaint Property

We had a great experience as we utilized this property for three months while our house was being renovated. Location had all the comforts of home on property and great location as it is close to grocery store and main roads. Erica was a great property owner. Quick to respond to any communication. Three Weeks in Gilbert

Very nice property, located in a very nice neighborhood. The back yard was especially nice for our dog…she loved chasing her ball on the astroturf. Well-appointed kitchen…everything you’d need to prepare meals at home.

Quiet neighborhood

If you’re looking for quiet retreat but with everything close by, this is it. Just step out the front door and there are walking paths and biking paths. Take a short drive to many area attractions. The home comes with everything to make your stay comfortable. The check in and out process seamless. Oh and the small welcome gifts of cold beverages, snacks and fresh flowers. How kind!! Our small dog loved the back yard and we loved gazing at the clear Arizona sky while relaxing in the hot tub. If our travels brings us this way, we will definitely stay here again

Nice Area

Comfortable home that was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Back yard is nice and private and the hot tub was clean and maintained well. The only complaint would be the living room would be small for a party of 4 or more.

This home met all of our expectations. It was well maintained and very clean throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good supply of linens, towels, etc. The check-in procedure was very easy as was the check-out. We fell in love with this cute home the moment we walked in and then the backyard was to die for. It was something we would want to personally vacation in. We love Gilbert & all it has to offer. It has a real community feel. Gilbert also has so much to do! From restaurants, to bars, to shopping to golfing OR Top Golf, to the theatre to movies, & so much more. Head to Downtown Gilbert & choose from 20 different restaurants or see a play. Head to San Tan Mall area & shop to your hearts content or try a new restaurant every night or catch a movie. Head over to Top Golf & have some fun whatever your level, or head to one of the many golf courses for the true golfer. This is all just in Gilbert! You can also venture out & hit hiking & biking trails, see the Aquarium, or see a Spring Training Game, or go to the zoo....all within a short drive. A little longer drive & there is Sedona, or The Caverns or wineries, or skiing, the list could go on & on with all that you can see & do.This mountainous area of Arizona is full of adventures just waiting for you to explore. The San Tan mountain area offers miles of trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Camelback, South Mountain area and Superstition Mountain recreational areas with loads of trails for hiking and/or biking are all just a short drive away. The neighborhood is surrounded by miles of walking and biking trails.

Did someone say golf, there are a wide variety of golf courses within a 15 mile radius of this amazing home, including the Trilogy Golf Club. Eighteen holes of spectacular Arizona championship golf meander their way through the cleansed desert of the Queen Creek wash, following with every turn the subtle elevation changes of the area. The par-71 Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch located in the southeast Phoenix Valley was designed by golf course architect Dick Bailey and stretches over 6,900 yards.
