This property is a completely renovated Studio in an idilic setting, close to the City, airport and Okere Falls store.
This property suits 2 adults or 2adults+2children. Great for an action packed couple of days.

Lovely gardens, open space and lots of flowers most of the year
Only known Orange grove in Rotorua, pick your own for fresh orange juice in the morning.
Of course Rotorua offers all you can think of in outdoor persuits with mountain biking one of the very popular activities in the famous
Redwoods. Hot pools and the new Eat Streat are very popular destinations.

And when its time to relax Woodberry Farm Studio is just the place to do just that!
Special conditions:
This Studio is basic but " cute" accommodation well suited for young persons or a couple but can also accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children who can sleep on the
Mezzanine floor. (a great adventure)

Could be improved

The surroundings were lovely, and the property was clean. However, the place smelled damp and the clothes washing machine did not work. Also, the property is called Studio on website and Annex on the property, and so it took us a while to find it when we arrived. The shower near to toilet leaks water out around the toilet area; how about blocking off this shower and building a proper shower tray for the other shower?

Beautiful stay

We loved the annex and our boys loved the loft. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to escape into a more natural and rural area. Took a stroll around property and was delighted by the beautiful vegetation and plant life. Our neighbors were also a friendly group. Would only recommend that instructions be sent for property a few days prior to arrival, instead of day of. We are from the states so our wifi was hit or miss and trying to upload documents was difficult. But nothing that wasn’t easily overcame. Just to be help future guests the woodberry farm is where you will be staying, not the address listed on Vrbo. It’s about 8 mins away from there but still in a lovely spot. All the best :)

Place was full of dead bugs and cobwebs with lots of spiders. Bed was very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again

Peaceful Accommodation

Our first impression of the property upon arrival was that it is much more beautiful in real life than advertised in the photos!! The grounds surrounding the studio and the property are beautiful, very zen, with animals and lots of different flowers, trees, vines, etc. The location was perfect for us, a quiet area right on the edge of Rotorua. Close enough to venture into Rotorua everyday, while also getting some much needed peace and quiet. The interior is just as advertised, with great natural lighting. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pricey for what this is

We knew it was small (studio). We didn’t know it is surrounded by another accommodation on one side and a wet forestry hill on the other side. So little light, lots of dampness. Cleanness of some bed clothes was questionable. And we have to dress the beds with the provided linen ourselves. Might be the usual thing to do in NZ, but we found that weird. Not one glass in the kitchen. Not a coat hanger either, these little things count. We couldn’t access the WiFi.

The place was just as described. Hard to find in the dark though- even with the excellent directions and would be nice if lights had been on/heater for a later arrival in the winter.
